Beirne Roose-Snyder is Director of Public Policy at the Center for Health and Gender Equity (CHANGE), where she develops and oversees strategies for introducing, supporting and responding to federal legislation, congressional action, and administration policy related to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and rights, including safe abortion care and the global AIDS response. She earned her J.D. and certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies from Georgetown University Law Center, where she concentrated her studies on global health and human rights.
