Devika Varghese has over 15 years of experience in profit and nonprofit, focusing on social and behavior change communications, marketing and advocacy in the verticals of elementary education, skill and livelihood and public health. As Dy. Director- communications, on the Gates and Packard foundation funded Abt Associates’ Family Planning program – ‘Dimpa’, she is responsible for developing the Communication strategy that increases demand for injectable, builds confidence both in the provider and the users to manage post use symptoms and provides helpline services to ensure continuity and counseling.
With experience and expertise in ICT for health and education she manages   Abt’s mobile intervention on behavior change, Dimpa Helpline and Dimpa Careline. She holds post graduate degree in Human Resources from XLRI and certificate degree in learning from the Harvard School of Education.
