Kabir Singh
Kabir Singh is the Executive Director of Asia Pacific Alliance for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (APA), a regional network of national, regional and global civil society organizations that engage in capacity building and regional advocacy to hold governments and other stakeholders accountable for their obligations and commitments to realize the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of all persons in Asia and the Pacific. Over the past few years, APA has actively engaged with the civil society consultation and review processes that informed the development of Agenda 2030. APA also works with community based networks to empower vulnerable populations to be rights claimants. Kabir holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Kabir has spent over fifteen years working at the nexus of sexual and reproductive health and rights and development, and is passionate about reducing inequalities and eliminating all forms of discrimination.
