Marina Hilaire-Bartlett is the Executive Director of PSI/Caribbean, the Regional network member of Population Services International. Marina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Graduate Diploma in Health Management, both from McGill University in Montreal, Canada; as well as a Master of Public Health degree from St. George’s University, Grenada. Marina has worked extensively with homeless and underserved women at the Women’s Health in Women’s Hands in Toronto, developing an urban child sponsorship model with World Vision in South Africa, and coordinating a women’s coalition focusing on Gender and HIV at the Caribbean sub-regional office of UN Women.
