Phillip Paul
Phillip Paul is Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager at Restless Development Tanzania, a residential and business organization is located in Iringa, Tanzania; with offices in Dar es Salaam, Mbeya and Ruvuma. As a national and international organization, Restless Development is a youthful, dynamic and innovative national agency, which carries the banner for youth-led development in Tanzania and globally. Everything we do is led by and through young people. We are who we serve, placing young people at the forefront of change, empowering them to take leadership roles addressing the most urgent issues facing their communities.
During a career that spans for 14 years, Phillip has established his reputation for building relationships with staff, beneficiaries, government, donors and stakeholders. He has supported different organizations in building the M&E systems and led a number data collection exercises which their results were used to influence management decision and shape the program designs as well as policy at large. That being the fact, Phillip’s greatest interest is to work with young people in solving their community’s challenges.
Phillip began his career in Kagera Region-Tanzania, where he specialized in monitoring and evaluation. That eventually led to a 13 years working with a prominent local and International organizations such as Hope for the future, National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR), Tanzania Network of Religious leaders living with or affected by HIV/AIDS (TANERELA+), WWF and Restless Development.
