Rand is a young and passionate activist and artist with more than five years of experience in the subjects of youth education, health, and rights. She is the co-founder and Deputy Director of Youth to End Sexual Violence and has worked as a Youth Consultant for the UNDP on the Arab Human Development Report published an article in the 2011 UN Chronicle Youth Issue on Adolescent Marriage at the age of 19. She is currently the Focal Point in Charge and an active trainer in the Y-PEER International Network. Rand holds a Master’s degree in Global Health and Sustainable Development.
