Ximena Ibanez Andion is an expert on issues of sexual rights and access to reproductive health. Master in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex in the UK, with a degree in International Relations from the Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City. He is a member and consultant to several international human rights networks. His professional experience includes UN agencies in Mexico and Guatemala, the Center for Reproductive Rights in New York (CEDAW), as well as president and co-founder of the NGO EQUIS: Justice for Women. He served as Director of Strategic Development of the NGO ROTATE. She is currently director of the Leadership Institute Simone de Beauvoir.
