Ziad Ayoubi studied Socio-Economic Development in Lebanon. He has been  working on local economic development since 15 years. He worked in micro-finance, Small and Micro Enterprises development, Economic Early Recovery and Development. Expert in designing and implementing value chain development programmes. He joined UNHCR in 2012 and since then he has been managing economic programmes targeting refugees. He is leading the global reform of livelihoods programming in UNHCR and the roll-out of the global strategy for livelihoods 2014-2018.
