Some airlines require pre-approval screening in order for you to travel. Ahead of the Women Deliver Conference, we would ask that you contact all the airlines you are flying with and inquire about any pre-approval screening you may need to complete. Please note that only you can contact the airline for this purpose and Women Deliver nor a travel agent can do this on your behalf. Contact your airline or airlines as soon as you can. You MUST contact them at least 72 hours prior to your departure to ensure you are not denied boarding.
Specifically, if you are travelling on ANY of the following airline carriers, the pre-approval screening is called “OK to board.”

You may need to provide them with following items:
- The airline’s booking confirmation and/or ticket number.
- Your full name as it appears on your ticket, visa and passport.
- A scanned/photocopy of your visa.
- Date of Birth
- Email address
